It's impossible to say if the software is compatible with Windows 10 or not, because there is no information about it. I've checked the official website and the only thing I could find is something related to updates and patches, but no mention of Windows 10.
If you have the software, download and apply those patches and then you can see if it works or not on Windows 10.
Can I or do you have a product similar to AP9 with the staff editing to run on Windows 10?

I have searched for this product, but there is nothing mentioned about Windows 10 compatibility. Since this is an audio software and requires the drivers to be installed, the only way to attempt a possible installation is without the Driver Enforcement activated.
This is a known problem and the only way to obtain an answer is to get in touch with other members of the forum or even contact the developer of the application. For instance, Google might help you get to the forum with the discussions.
No, Cakewalk Pro Audio 7 is not compatible with Windows 7 platforms. In order to run it on your computer, you can use the Windows 7 Compatibility Mode. Right click on the program icon and go to Properties > Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select a compatible operating system from the drop-down list. Click Apply and then OK. Alternatively, you can install and run the software in Windows XP Mode environment.

You should also check other products released by Cakewalk. They're optimized to support newer versions of Windows as well.
